Access codes will be provided by text to your mobile phone, after check-in. You will require two 4 digit access codes, one for access to the shared space and the other to access your suite. To enter the code into the lock, first swipe the back of your hand over the pad above the handle, the blue numbers will appear, enter the code followed by the asterix, the lock will then open.


Remote Controls are provided for TV and Air Conditioning in each Suite and the Shared Area.
if they need new batteries please contact the manager. Please ensure they are left in the rooms on departure
Any lost or missing remotes will be charged to your account.

Please respect other guests & keep noise to a minimum. Please close doors and turn off lights on departure.

Safes are provided in each suite. If you have any problems , please call the manager for assistance.


Instructions for various electrical appliances can be found in the kitchen drawer. If you require any help with the appliances please do not hesitate in calling the manager for assistance.


We request that you do not “fiddle” with the Television settings. If you are having trouble finding a television station or feel the reception is not adequate we will be more than happy to attempt to correct the problem.

Rubbish and Recycling

Please help the environment and SEPARATE your rubbish using the Rubbish and Recycling Bins located outside.

Heating & Cooling

Heating and Cooling will work more effectively if doors and windows are closed.


Space is provided for one car per Suite some of which are under cover. If more than one car per suite, please notify Manager to make arrangements for parking.

On Departure

We would appreciate that you try to leave the accommodation as you found it.
Please empty your rubbish in the bins provided outside.
If the Oven or Grill has been used we request that it must be cleaned and left as found.
If the Oven or Grill is not cleaned an extra $40 cleaning fee will be charged.
